Project Evaluation Of Ecological Closure In Youxian Landfill

Project evaluation is an important part of project management.Before the investment decision of planned project, to conduct a comprehensive scientific argumentation and evaluation research and is the powerful means for providing scientific basis for investment decision.This paper is based on the growing problem of urban waste, and the background of the Xiangjiang river pollution control, and the evaluation of the landfill site.Firstly,the related theory of landfill closure field management and project evaluation is summarized in this paper. And the project is introduced involving construction background, the necessity and the basic situation. From the perspective of project evaluation,combined with the characteristics of the project itself, this thesis focuses on the analysis and research on the technical scheme, environmental impact, social impact, project risk and other aspects of the Youxian landfill, and through the issuance of the questionnaire and the project site survey to build a comprehensive evaluation index system.The evaluation index system of the ecological closure of the landfill site is made up of two four grade indexes and three nineteen grade indexes.Using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, based on this, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive assessment of the Youxian landfill site, and get the conclusion, and provide scientific basis for the project decision-making.
