Research On The Countermeasures Of Environmental Justice In Yunnan Province

Along with the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the rapid development of economy and society to make our country more and more received the attention of the international community, but economic development in industrial structure is not reasonable, lack of protection of the ecological environment especially judicial environment security system is not sound and perfect problem, resulting in the frequent occurrence of major environmental pollution incident, cause the extensive concern of the whole society. In recent years, Yunnan Province and other provinces in China, in the search for rapid economic development at the same time, some of the ecological environment and natural resources also suffered a serious damage, some serious environmental pollution and resource failure cases occurred frequently, and the bring great damage and loss to people’s lives and property. To strengthen the work of environmental resources protection, despite the Yunnan provincial Party committees and governments at all levels have also taken a variety of strong measures, but always unsatisfactory.At the same time, Yunnan judicial organs at all levels and departments have also sought to explore through judicial means to promote environmental protection, although some bold and innovative practice. However, the problem is still in the continuous exploration and improvement. The party’s Fourth Plenary Session proposed "strict legal system to protect the ecological environment", "is the right conferred by law, protect the ecological environment, protect people’s ecological products enjoy the power, must rely on the law". In this paper the system of judicial reform and the environment of Yunnan judicial security practice, multi angle on the protection of the environmental justice research. Litigation mechanism, strengthen environmental protection and public security departments of joint law enforcement, strengthening the talent team construction of the judicial protection of the environment, deepen the reform to environmental justice trial eight aspects as the core mechanism of litigation, international judicial cooperation, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
