As far as Yunnan Province is concerned,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is not only a major historical opportunity,but also a major proposition of the times.In this opportunity,in order to ensure the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,Yunnan Province has significantly enhanced its rural infrastructure construction through the deployment of major actions,major plans and major projects,and the level of ecological environment development has also been correspondingly improved,making historic achievements in agricultural and rural development.However,at the same time,some areas of Yunnan Province still regard rural infrastructure development and ecological environment governance as two independent individuals and formulate separate plans to promote the work process,ignoring that there is a certain degree of mutual influence between rural infrastructure and ecological environment,which directly leads to the problems of weak infrastructure construction,low quality of ecological environment,and insignificant effect of ecological environment governance in rural areas in some areas,which affects the sustainable development of rural areas to a certain extent.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the coupling and coordination relationship between rural infrastructure and ecological environment,and correct handling of the coupling and coordination relationship between rural infrastructure and ecological environment,are conducive to improving the level of benign and coordinated development of rural infrastructure and ecological environment,and are of great significance to promoting local social and economic development.Based on the above theory,this study constructs the evaluation index system of rural infrastructure and ecological environment based on the coupling coordination theory,comprehensively uses the entropy method,coupled coordination model,standard deviation ellipse model,barrier model and other methods to analyze the level of coordinated development of rural infrastructure and ecological environment,the evolution characteristics of spatiotemporal and spatial situations,the trend prediction of future development,and the obstacles factors,and finally takes 16 prefectures(cities)in Yunnan Province as the empirical research objects to verify the above models and put forward more reasonable countermeasures and suggestions,to provide reference for relevant government departments.The research results and conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows::(1)From 2011 to 2020,there was a large difference in the quality of comprehensive development of rural infrastructure and ecological environment in Yunnan Province,and its coordinated development level was in a primary coordination state for ten years.From the perspective of relative development type,18.75% of the prefecture(city)rural infrastructure is ahead of the ecological environment development;43.75% of the prefecture(city)rural infrastructure is developing synchronously with the ecological environment;37.5% of prefectures(cities)lag behind in ecological environment development.(2)Analysis of the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of rural infrastructure and ecological environment in Yunnan Province from 2011 to 2020.From the perspective of temporal changes and spatial evolution patterns,the coordinated development level of rural infrastructure and ecological environment in Yunnan Province showed a trend of stepwise growth,and the areas with high coupling and coordination in the distribution of spatial evolution patterns were concentrated in the eastern and northeastern regions.From the perspective of dynamic evolution,there are three trends in the coordinated development level of rural infrastructure and ecological environment in various states(cities)in Yunnan Province.From the perspective of standard elliptical distribution and center of gravity movement path,the coupling and coordinated development of rural infrastructure and ecological environment in Yunnan Province showed a trend of elliptical distribution diffusion and center of gravity movement path moving from northwest to northeast.From the prediction results,the center of gravity of rural infrastructure and ecological environment coordination in Yunnan Province shows a trend of moving to the northeast,and the spatial distribution pattern shows a trend of diffusion.(3)In Yunnan Province,the coupling and coordinated development level of rural infrastructure and ecological environment from 2011 to 2020 was limited by many influencing factors.Among them,rural infrastructure is affected by three main obstacles;The rural ecological environment is affected by four main obstacles.Through the analysis of the main obstacles restricting the coupling and coordination of rural infrastructure and ecological environment in Yunnan Province,countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing investment in rural infrastructure construction,strengthening publicity of ecological environmental protection,and improving the understanding of multi-party entities on the coupling and coordinated development of rural infrastructure and ecological environment are proposed,which will help realize the synergy effect of "1+1>2" in the coupling and coordinated development of rural infrastructure and ecological environment as soon as possible,so as to better provide reference for relevant government departments.
