A Study On The Impact Of Enterprise Values ​​on Environmental Strategy

China,as the most largest developing country, since the founding especially the thirty years of the reform and opening up has undergone rapid development process. The speed of development is very alarming, but this is an extensive development mode, the amazing growth rate is the expense of the environment, and in the pursuit of the interests of the driven, human development has far exceeded the capacity of nature, environmental problems ensued, wide pollution involves many aspects of desertification,including global warming pollution, ozone depletion, freshwater resources crisis, energy shortages, forest resources plummeted,land desertification,Garbage disaster and other toxic chemicals. So in the development of the past few decades we have to accept this reality that the environment is worse and worse, the ensuing environmental problems prompted us give full attention to friendly environment,and at the same time,we also should do further understanding and study for environmental strategy of enterprises.However, different enterprises have different environmental strategies.There are many factors to promote different enterprises have different environmental strategies, previous scholars have done some researches on this. This article will focus on the values affecting factors how to affect environmental strategy, this article is trying to reveal how the enterprise values affects environmental strategy. So this article chooses Yanjing Beer as a case, because it is a typical enterprise in the environmental strategy. Study this mechanism through grounded theory, literature research and single case study. According to the characteristics of Yanjing beer, this paper is divided into two stages, we enact the list of Yanjing beer in 1997 as boundary to collect,code and analyze relevant data, analyze data,at last we could have a clear and profound understanding that how enterprise values influence enterprise environmental strategies of these two phases.There are certain differences about the affection enterprises on environmental strategies between these two phases.The reveal about the differences benefits readers to understand and aware this mechanism, and there also has some reference and instructive for other companies implement enterprise environmental strategy.
