Research On Driving Factors Of Technological Innovation Of K Company Based On Grounded Theory

In recent years,technological innovation has more and more far-reaching impact on economic development.Small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises with technological innovation as the core means of development have made outstanding contributions to China’s economic development and social progress.The report of the20 th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that we should accelerate the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and accelerate the realization of high-tech self-reliance and independent development.Focusing on the strategic needs of the country,we will focus on innovative and pioneering scientific and technological breakthroughs,resolutely win the battle for key and core technologies,and create a favorable development environment for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.However,in the process of technological innovation,small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology also have many problems such as insufficient investment in research and development capital,insufficient supply of key technologies,shortage of personnel in technology research and development,and imperfect incentive mechanism of enterprises.How to solve the problems of insufficient innovation drive ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology,and enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology.It is also the core problem of this thesis.From the perspective of research on technological innovation driving factors of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,this thesis selects a representative company K as the case study object of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of systematic review of domestic and foreign literature on technological innovation driving factors.Through consulting thesis and network data,field research and in-depth interview,the original data of K company’s technological innovation were collected,summarized and in-depth analysis were carried out,and the problems existing in the current situation of K company’s technological innovation development were summarized,and the driving factors affecting K Company’s technological innovation were analyzed by using the grounded theory method.The results showed that: Market demand,government support,entrepreneurship and R&D team are the main driving factors of K Company’s technological innovation.On this basis,this thesis builds a technology innovation driving model,explores the internal relationship between K company’s technology innovation driving factors,and analyzes the existing problems.Furthermore,in view of the four problems existing in the current situation of technological innovation of K company,such as fierce market competition,lack of technological innovation talents,insufficient investment in R&D funds and insufficient ability to resist risks,the improvement suggestions are put forward in combination with the main driving factors of technological innovation of K company,so as to provide effective reference for the next step of technological innovation work of K company.At the same time,it also provides a powerful basis for the technology innovation practice of small and medium-sized enterprises.
