| The chemical industry is toxic and harmful,high temperature and high pressure,flammable and explosive,corrosive and other characteristics,resulting in the occurrence of safety accidents,the local social stability,natural environment will cause great damage.Preventing chemical plant safety accidents is always the top priority of chemical industry safety research.The key to solve this problem is to establish a more perfect safety management system.This paper takes H Petrochemical Company,the largest petrochemical enterprise in The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as the research object,studies and analyzes the accident investigation reports of 22 major production accidents in China from 2015 to2021,uses grounded theory to sum up the "cause factors of major chemical production accidents",and then analyzes the causal relationship between each factor.The interpretation structure model of "major chemical production accident cause factors" was developed,and the driving force and dependence of each factor were calculated by MICMAC method.Finally,using the latest risk-based process safety management(RBPS)concept in the process safety Management Theory(PSM),combined with the current situation of the safety management system of H Petrochemical Company,the improvement method of safety management is proposed.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)A three-level model of "cause factors of major chemical production accidents" in the chemical industry is summarized,which can be used in the cause research of most chemical accidents.(2)Calculate and draw the interpretation structure model of "major chemical production accident cause factors",which is helpful to quickly analyze the root cause,direct cause and indirect cause of the accident.(3)Improved the existing 4 safety management methods of H Petrochemical Company,and carried out a one-year pilot in X Operation Department to prove the effectiveness of the improvement. |
