Research On The Influence Mechanism And Effect Of Enterprise Green Behavior

In the past,extensive development,unreasonable production structure and excessive waste of energy and resources have imposed a great burden on the ecological environment and become bottlenecks hindering sustainable economic development and green transformation.According to the "Second National Pollution Source Census Bulletin" : China’s Industrial sources of the main pollutants emissions and focus on the Industry emissions in ten years have shown a significant downward trend,Industrial waste water and waste gas treatment capacity and treatment level are significantly improved,pollution treatment effect is remarkable.However,the main sources of heavy metals and other pollutants are still Industrial sources,while the business activities of enterprises are the main sources of carbon emissions,especially heavy metals and other pollutants.As the culprits of environmental deterioration,enterprises will be increasingly criticized by people.In this context,corporate green behavior has become the focus of a series of stakeholders,decision-makers and the whole society.However,it is worth studying what factors will affect the decision-making of enterprise green behavior,which factors play a key role,how the implementation effect of enterprise green behavior is,and what environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefits will be generated.Based on the connotation and classification,influencing factors and effect analysis of green behavior of enterprises at home and abroad,based on stakeholder theory,environmental regulation theory,group dynamics theory and five-in-one theory,this paper systematically combs the relevant researches on green behavior of enterprises at home and abroad from three aspects: connotation and classification,influencing factors and effect analysis.According to the research sequence of "general theoretical framework construction → empirical analysis of influencing factors → effect analysis → policy suggestions",the relevant issues of enterprise green behavior are studied.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The general theoretical framework of enterprise green behavior is constructed based on grounded theory.This paper divides industrial enterprises into environment-sensitive enterprises,environment-insensitive enterprises and environment-stable enterprises.Based on the analysis method of grounded theory,with the help of NVIVO11.0 software,Through the datang power generation,Conch cement,Wanhua chemical and other 26 typical environmental sensitive enterprises social responsibility report,executive interview and media reports,official website,CNKI and other database data for three levels of coding,the construction of enterprise green behavior "five in one" general theoretical framework The theory model of the government environmental regulation,ecological environment quality,and social norms and market leading as four "foreign",the connotation of the enterprise driving force as "endogenous" enterprise,"five one" model namely,ecology,government,market,society and the coordination and integration of enterprise five main body,foreign driver layer,connotation driven by the interaction of the form a resultant force,Jointly promote green behavior of environment-sensitive enterprises,so as to produce higher corporate performance.(2)An empirical study on the influence mechanism of enterprise green behavior.Mainly rely on the "five-in-one" model of enterprise green behavior,design the corresponding scale,obtain the enterprise survey data,with the help of SPSS22.0,AMOS24.0 and other software,through reliability and validity analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and structural equation model to analyze the survey results,find out the influence mechanism of enterprise green behavior.The empirical results show that:(1)From the point of view of direct effects,government environmental regulation,ecological environmental quality,social norms,and individual factors all have a significant impact on enterprises’ green behavior,while market leadership has no significant impact on enterprises’ green behavior;From the classification variables,government environmental regulation of dominant green behavior also has significant positive correlation,but no significant effect of recessive green action,market lead to the enterprise green behavior classification variables are not significant,the influence of social norms on the recessive green behavior also has significant positive correlation,but the impact of dominant green behaviors are not significant.(2)From the point of intermediary effect,government environmental regulation and the enterprise green behavior and its classification variables,there are multiple chain intermediary effect between personal factors lead in the market and the enterprise green behavior is extremely intermediary effect between classification variables,the ecological environment quality,and individual factors in the social norms and the enterprise green behavior and its classification variables between the intermediary effect were significantly,individual factors have a significant mediating effect on eco-environmental quality,green behavior and its classification variables.(3)From the point of adjusting effect,at the individual factors and the impact of enterprise green behavior,corporate governance can have significant negative adjustment effect,property characteristics,green technology innovation ability,enterprise society responsibility,the enterprise organization factors such as green culture has significant positive adjustment effect,and from the point of the strength of regulation,Green technology innovation ability is far greater than other organizational factors.(3)Empirical study on the effect analysis of enterprise green behavior.This paper mainly studies the effect of enterprise green behavior,focusing on the analysis of its environmental performance,economic performance and social performance,and then carries out a comparative analysis of regional and industrial heterogeneity.The results of the study are:(1)Enterprise green behavior has a significant positive impact on environmental performance,economic performance and social performance,and the impact of explicit green behavior on environmental performance,economic performance and social performance is greater than that of implicit green behavior,and the impact of enterprise green behavior and its classification variables on environmental performance is > social performance > economic performance.(2)Corporate governance ability in enterprise green behavior and its classification variables impact on environmental performance and social performance plays a negative regulatory role,enterprise property characteristics,the green technology innovation ability,corporate social responsibility and corporate green culture atmosphere of enterprise green behavior and classification variables between environmental performance and social performance and the positive adjustment.(3)From the perspective of regional heterogeneity,The influence of green behavior on environmental performance,economic performance and social performance in eastern China > Central China > western China;From the perspective of industry heterogeneity,the impact of green behavior of environmentally sensitive firms on environmental performance,economic performance and social performance is less than that of environmentally stable firms and environmentally insensitive firms.Based on the research results and the actual development of enterprises’ green behavior,and relying on the "five-in-one" model,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to guide enterprises’ green behavior from the five levels of government,market,society,ecology and enterprises.Figure 28,table 90,reference 251.
