Study On The Influence Of Enterprise Strategy On The Purchasing Decision Of Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance

The clear proposal of "carbon neutrality and carbon peak" is an important measure for China to reduce carbon emissions and enter a low-carbon society.The profound reform of development mode and mode has resulted in higher requirements for environmental protection.However,the inflection point of qualitative change in the ecological environment has not yet arrived,and sudden environmental accidents occur from time to time.As an important subject of environmental pollution accidents,environmental insurance is less enthusiastic,giving rise to the chemical enterprise environmental insurance can not play its due role.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the enterprise strategy of chemical enterprises to explore the deep-seated factors affecting chemical enterprises to insure environmental pollution liability insurance,so as to promote chemical enterprises to insure environmental insurance.On the basis of the asymmetric information theory,the theory of strategic choice and difference,this article tests the theoretical analysis content by using the enterprise financial data of listed chemical enterprises’ environmental insurance from 2015 to2020,analyzes the impact mechanism of three strategies of chemical enterprises on environmental pollution liability insurance,and according to the empirical results,relevant policy proposal are proposed.Chapter one primarily presents the backdrop and significance on chemical enterprises and environmental pollution liability insurance under environmental protection,afterwards single out and sum up the pertinent literature on enterprise strategy and environmental pollution liability insurance at home and abroad,and come up with the characteristics of academic viewpoint innovation and deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter elaborates definition of the strategy of enterprise and environmental pollution liability insurance of chemical enterprises,and then the optimal relevance theories used in this paper are expounded.According to the correlative theories of business strategy and environmental insurance,the third chapter studies the mechanism of the impact of and proposes relevant hypotheses.The fourth part is foundation on the analysis of the influence mechanism of the corporate strategy of chemical enterprises affects the insurance of environmental pollution liability,chooses the relevant variables,builds the corresponding model,and verifies the hypothesis.The fifth chapter embodies two sections,which summarizes the main findings of the influence of corporate strategy on chemical enterprises’ environmental insurance,and then make practical recommendations based on the conclusions to stimulate the progress of environmental insurance and perfect the policy of environmental protection.This paper mainly obtains the following results: First,aggressive chemical enterprises are more inclined to buy environmental pollution liability insurance.Second,well-funded chemical enterprises are more likely to insure environmental pollution liability insurance.Third,smaller chemical enterprises are more likely to insure environmental insurance.In addition to this,this paper come to the conclusion the chemical enterprise’s internal control and enterprise nature and environmental pollution liability insurance has no significant relationship.Therefore,we should further strengthen the construction of laws and regulations on environmental insurance,promote the development of environmental insurance market,encourage insurance companies to carry out environmental pollution liability insurance,improve the ideological awareness of chemical enterprises,promote chemical enterprises to take out environmental pollution liability insurance,and implement relevant measures for environmental protection.
