As information technology promotes the continuous progress of society,the way of business management is gradually upgraded.Chemical reagents are an indispensable part of human production and life today.However,they are flammable,toxic,explosive,and harmful.Therefore,once an accident occurs,it will cause huge losses.In order to strengthen the management of hazardous reagents,from the procurement,storage,and use of hazardous reagents to reporting of hazardous waste,the entire process needs to be controlled and managed.Traditional management is done by hand-copying records manually,and it is impossible to complete tasks efficiently.Even due to the complex data,the frequency of errors in the recording process of staff increases,and it may also lead to dangerous accidents.In response to the above-mentioned problems,this article takes the actual needs of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Company as the starting point to study the design and implementation of the safety management system for the entire process of hazardous reagents.The focus of this article is that the safety management system for the entire process of hazardous reagents realizes complete business process management from reagent purchase,warehousing,picking,outgoing,and hazardous waste reporting,improving the efficiency of the business work of oil companies,and building standardized and standardized work processes..In terms of implementation technology,Vue.js front-end framework,Java backend development technology Spring Boot framework,persistence layer framework My Batis and My SQL database technology are used to complete the system front-end page and backend business logic and data layering.On the basis of communication with the staff,complete the demand survey,and determine the system business according to the demand to be divided into the following seven modules business modules,which include system management,business processing,inventory management,query statistics,alarm management,picture management,and data management.In the detailed functional design and implementation,the system architecture uses the B/S architecture,and the information table design of the database is given.At the same time,each functional module class diagram,sequence diagram and special function flow chart of the system are given to explain.The concrete realization process of the system function completed the concrete realization details of the seven function modules.For system testing,black box testing is used to test the seven functional modules of the system,test cases for each functional module are written,the comparison between the expected results of the test and the actual results is obtained,and the working interface of the system is displayed.Use JMeter tool to perform performance test,perform stress test to verify system performance and stability,use this test tool to simulate the concurrent amount of user access,and obtain the test result according to the method and steps of stress test.Integrating the results of functional module testing and performance testing,completing the analysis of the test results,the analysis results show that the whole-process safety management system for hazardous reagents designed and implemented in this paper can meet the actual needs of extending the management of petroleum hazardous reagents and has good operational effects.Effectively improve the work efficiency of the unit.
