Design And Implementation Of Land Use Evaluation Management Information System In Development Zone Based On Arcengine

With the city’s economic is developing, pattern of development zone have been developed rapidly, and become a powerful tool to support economic development.However, development zone has more greater demand for land, there are many irrational land use issues: unreasonable development zone plan and layout, lack of industrial land and idle land exists. In order to accelerate economic’s development,overcome the problems of land use, government departments actively seek solutions to problems. Therefore, land use evaluation is significant in that it can not only provide economic’s policy for government but also provide technical support to the land department.Firstly,this paper is based on land use evalution and application development at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of China’s development zone, according to the index of development zone,it uses the Delphi method to determine the index weight,.Secondly, it combines C# with computer to complete work quickly and easyily.Finally,it adopts object-oriented programming ideas and functional concept of design. Information application of development zone land use evaluation management integrates geographical information platform ArcGIS、the development tool of Microsoft’s Visual Studio.NET and relational database Oracle11 g,realizes many functions,such as “parameter management”、” data warehousing”、” evaluation index calculation”、“data check”、” making thematic map”and so on.In this paper Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone was operated successfully,and it’s intensity scores is 93.00, potential for expansion is 138.22 acres, structure potential is 20.35 acres. there is one year that main area’s land can provide to develop, development direction is about two years.it’s land meets demand of economic development basically.Because of the application’s operation,it makes work of evaluation informational 、 management work of government scientifical and improve work efficiency, strengthen land management guiding role in the economic development,at least, it has great significance to build information technology in the future. Component GIS model improves the contact between the design of application and development requirements,it has the advantage to make the application more flexible and more extensible easily.
