Research And Implement Of Urban Land Grading And Evaluation Information System Based On Component GIS

21st century is information and industrial age. Rapid development of the technology drives every walk of life to stride forward information. Since our economy become from arranged mode to market mode, land market grows up from nothing to being. Along with payable use system of land reformatting and market system of land perfecting, land market becomes to be disciplined. In the modern society that computer technology development at very fast speed, land grading and evaluating as a basic task of land trade, in face of challenge of the information society, that must depend on GIS to establish a computer system that service for its own profession. The system can alter traditional hand made manner and improve speed and precision of operation.In the society of GIS developing at very fast speed, Component GIS is a new generation GIS System that adjusts to component development of software. Component GIS widens the thought of urban land grading operator. It is a new GIS technology, which developments based on COM technology. It encapsulates all kinds of function of GIS by component, good capability and low price. And when programming, programmer can organize the structure of system based on need and can couple with the model of the land grading and evaluating to exploit Urban Land Grading and evaluating Information System which has strong adaptability and pertinency.This paper firstly introduces the significance and character of creating the information system of urban land grading and evaluating and purpose of the research. And then it systematically disserts the generation and development of GIS, structure and character of component GIS, structure of component GIS platform, productivity, design and development of component GIS. It also disserts the basic theory, laws and technique approach of land grading and evaluating. This paper tris to introduce regression analyse modal into urban land grading and evaluation in order to calculate the factors proportion. On the base of all above, from the reality of land grading ,it puts forward the imagination of the information system of urban land grading and evaluating comparing to the character of urban land development in xinjiang and it devises the whole system, including system aim, system scheme and design of function of every parts and the design of database. Based on the theory of grading and evaluating, the thesis uses the software MapX developed by the desktop GIS of Ameirca as a platform and VB as a development language. Using component GIS technique, it devises a grading and evaluating information system according to the reality of xinjiang. Taking Kashi city as a example ,it develops a valuable information system of grading and evaluating which is used widely in practice.
