The21st century, the idea of "talent strategy" has high on all areas of peak position, is the so-called "Hearts of the people who has the world". Talent and knowledge become the embodiment of enterprise core competitiveness. From human resources to human capital upgrade, also makes the modern enterprise managers treat people in one by one the most active factor in enterprise assets.In modern society, to be in an impregnable position, to establish lasting competitive enterprise, must from the management supervisor, to understand people, care about people, business people. Effective training is mining, the key to retaining talent. And it has been proved that although there are a lot of enterprises have been training for some of the doorway, but blindly follow suit, o blind training phenomenon is still outstanding, the enterprise training costs, poor training effect. How can according to the actual characteristics of enterprises and employees, and build a scientific training system become the key of the talent strategy.This article selects agricultural leading enterprises in Dalian LN company as example, the human resources management system is divided into seven major parts, through the analysis of LN the company’s existing human resources condition and the training status quo, combined with the theory of competence model and related training research theory, analyzes the LN company building the necessity and feasibility of training system based on competence model, based on the competence model from training organization system construction, based on the competence model training process system, based on the competence model of security system construction, put forward the LN company training system based on competence model to design.This research will focus on training system based on competence model on the theoretical review, LN the company’s human resources present situation, the LN company competence model building and competence training of newsystem toconstruct the four aspects of the research. The results show that the enterprise staff training system based on competence model in the future will help promote LN the company’s core competitiveness, to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives and staff career planning, to achieve "win-win" enterprises and employees, for other small and medium-sized enterprisesin China is based on competencies training system research has a certain significance.
