| Training as a main way of human resource management at present stage,is an important approach to improve the quality of all aspects of employees.How to keep pace with the times,how to train employees’ loyalty to the company and reduce staff turnover rate are the major difficulty for national commercial bank in the current trend.The staff quality improvement,the cultivation of innovation ability and management ability are more reliable to training.After nearly seven years of growth,the management goal of Z bank settlement center has turned from ensuring of stable operation to exerting functional characteristics.At present,the training is mainly focused on the basic needs of daily business,which is applicable to the initial stage of bank center establishment and development.With the continuous development of settlement center,the existing training model can’t meet the demand of the all-round development of center.So how to establish a diversified,complete training system is a looming problem.In order to better solve the current problems of the training settlement center,this article builds the training system which matches the development of the settlement center through the related research methods,for example theoretical analysis and model building.The article summarized the domestic and foreign trade experience in training management,analyzed the existing problems of the training in the domestic commercial banks on the basis of relevant theories such as training,competency and competency model.The author analyzed the problems currently existed in the settlement center by means of questionnaire and collected its improvement suggestions,and established the competency model suitable for the functional requirements of the settlement center.On the basis of this model,the training system is established,which is based on the training operation system,training management system and training support system.Based on the competency model of settlement center,we established the diversification of training management system from three dimensions of training operation system,management system and supporting system,which is suitable for settlement center to meet the demand of different employees’ career development.The results show that the staff training management system based on competency model can improve core competitive power so as to realize the business strategic objectives and employees’ career planning of Z bank. |
