Human resources management is a very important function of management in enterprise management.Especially in recent years,emerging high-tech industry is booming and the labor costs is rising.Human resource management is increasingly becoming the focus of enterprises and the whole society.The human resources workers have to get new capacity to meet the needs of the new era.This paper takes human resource managers’ ability upgrading as the research object.It analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by human resource workers under the background of drastic changes in industry and rapid economic development.I communicate with business owners and senior managers to understand their work requirements for human resource managers.And through the investigation I found that practitioners themselves to enhance the appeal of the main points,the formation of ability to enhance the content of the program.I felt that practitioners want to break through the career bottleneck by improving their ability to achieve higher aspirations for advancement.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter,introduces the background and significance of the research,defines the content and objectives of the study and research ideas and methods.The second chapter,the author summarizes the relevant theories,including the concept of The concept of training,onion competency model,adult training theory,training evaluation theory,human resource managers development theory.The third chapter,through the analysis of the current situation and problems of human resource practitioners training system,found the problems in these projects.The fourth chapter,clear the design objectives and principles of the course,conducted training needs analysis,according to the needs analysis,design the content of the training course,and the training form of a matching design.The fifth chapter,mainly introduces the organization,feedback and analysis of training implementation,introduces the organization and arrangement of training courses,and makes an evaluation of the final training effect.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of this training project.It points out the rationality and validity of this training project,and makes a summary and outlook to provide the direction for the follow-up development of the project.
