Research On Counter Operation Risk Management Improving Of Gansu Branch Of CCB

According to the requirements and regulations about operation risk managements of the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the CCB headquarter, Gansu branch of CCB has formulated the regulations and taken a number of measures to prevent the counter operation risks. Actually, these measures have prevented a serious risk events caused by the counter operational risk. But, with the changes in the external environment and business innovation, the original management measures have been unable to completely prevent and defuse the risks.The paper analyses the counter operational risk management problems, these problems mainly include:Branches can’t understand this problem correctly, the setting of counter business line management department is unreasonable, power and operating personnel is shortage, counter operation risk management is not included in the examination system, they lack the counter operational risk measurement. The reasons for these problems include:management ideas are wrong, management structure is not perfect, management method and the technology is very backward.The paper puts forward measures for improvement. Counter operation risk management of Gansu branch of CCB need to design the perfect management process, improve the internal control system, to improve staff quality in counter business, to strengthen counter information technology risk control.The paper studies the security measures to ensure the implementation of these measures. Gansu branch of CCB need to manage the counter operation risk in the overall risk management framework, to achieve the whole process management through the feedback mechanism and dynamic cycle, to establish the whole staff management mechanism, to provide adequate financial resources.
