In recent years,with the optimization of business channels and processes,as well as the continuous improvement of rules and regulations,the level of counter-operating risk management of China Construction Bank(CCB)has been continuously improved,and some hidden dangers of counter-operating risk cases have been effectively controlled.But due to the fierce competition between banks,the emergence of new financial products and services,as well as the continuous renovation of the means of crimes,the new counter operation risk points also appeared,and also exposed the loopholes in the counter operation risk management of the Q branch of CCB,at the same time,improving the risk management capability of counter operations is of great significance to the sustainable development of the bank.This paper starts from the current situation of operational risk management of the Q branch of CCB,and then summarizes and analyzes the main counter operation risks and the problems existing in the counter operation risk management of Q branch from three aspects: internal control program,human resource management and information technology application,by studying literature,analyzing cases and one-to-one interview,based on the theory of internal control and operational risk management,combined with the author's many years of work experience in the outlets and the management experience of operational risk managers of Q branch,through some typical cases occurring in actual work and violations found in the counter business inspection.Finally,the paper puts forward specific suggestions for improvement to the problems found in this paper,in order to find suitable methods and paths for the improvement of the counter operation risk management capability and efficiency of Q branch,thus effectively reducing the occurrence of counter operation risk cases and improving the competitiveness of Q branch.
