Research On The Counter Operational Risk Management Of The BOC Bank In Lin Yi Branch

With the transformation of China's banking industry,due to the imperfection of the internal management mechanism,the counter operation risk has become one of the most important sources of risk in the banking industry,resulting in problems such as capital loss,service satisfaction reduction and so on.It is of great significance to study the risk management of counter operation for improving the safe operation of banks.Based on the theory of risk management,this paper identifies and evaluates the counter risk of Linyi Branch of BOC bank,and puts forward the corresponding risk countermeasures.This paper first discusses the background and significance of the research,and systematically combs the research results of the counter risk management of commercial banks at home and abroad,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Then,combined with the basic situation of Linyi Branch of BOC bank and the analysis of the current situation of the current counter operation risk management of Linyi Branch of BOC bank,it explores the counter operation risk management of Linyi Branch of BOC bank Then,the paper focuses on three main contents:counter operation risk identification of BOC bank Linyi Branch,counter operation risk assessment of BOC bank Linyi Branch and counter operation risk prevention of BOC bank Linyi Branch.Finally,the paper summarizes the research,points out the shortcomings of this study and prospects for future work.Through the study of this paper,we can see that the counter operation risk of Linyi Branch of BOC bank includes six aspects: the risk of operating teller,the risk of counter system,the risk management system,the risk of external environment,and a total of 12 secondary risk points and 30 tertiary risk points.Through the comprehensive evaluation of counter operation risk by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it can be seen that the influence of personnel,process,system,external,operation risk management ability and operation risk compensation ability on counter operation risk of Linyi Branch of BOC bank accounts for 14.9%,7.1%,4.1%,4.5%,43.9% and 25.5% respectively.Among the six first-class indicators,personnel,operational risk management ability and operational risk offsetting ability have a greater impact on the counter operational risk level of Linyi Branch of BOC bank.Therefore,this paper suggests that we should improve the quality of the staff,improve the operational risk process control,and strengthen the construction of the information system of commercial banks to formulate some counter operational riskmanagement countermeasures.The research results of this paper can help BOC Linyi Branch to change its counter operation risk management from extensive management mode to fine management,promote its fine management of counter operation risk,and consolidate its counter operation risk defense line.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical reference for the management of counter operation risk of other banks.
