With the rapid development of science and technology era,banks are facing unprecedented pressure because of the frequent occurrence of counter operation risk.How to effectively control the counter operation risk has become the primary task of major banks.Q Bank,as a local commercial bank,now in the most critical initial stage after the transformation.The breadth and depth of business are developing rapidly,and relevant rules and regulations are formulated for counter operation risk.But after all,Q Bank is transformed from rural credit cooperatives.In the period of credit cooperatives,From Management to Employees,there is no clear awareness and vigilance about the risk of counter operation.Therefore,it is impossible for Q Bank to achieve rapid improvement under such a low basic level.especially compared with other large commercial banks that have already developed and accepted,there is still much room for further improvement in the management and control of counter operation risk of Q bank,and there are still many risk points in the management of counter operation.Q Bank Gaoxin branch is a first-level branch under Q Bank,and also the main body of this study.Through identifying and studying the risk of counter operation,draws a conclusion that the problems of Q Bank Gaoxin branch exist at present: the causes of the problems are analyzed from four aspects: human operation,internal system,business process and external factors;After analyzing the causes of frequent counter operation risks,the improvement scheme of counter operation risks is put forward according to the causes;From the management and control thought,staff quality,performance system and operation management system,the optimization measures for the improvement scheme are further proposed;At last,it puts forward some problems that need further improvement and research.In this paper,three main methods are adopted,including literature research,case analysis and investigation research.Combining with the previous efforts,this paper concludes some problems existing in the Q Bank Gaoxin branch.In view of these problems,improvement schemes are set up from the aspects of human operation,internal system,business process and external factors.It provides a control scheme for the counter operation of Q Bank Gaoxin branch.
