In the era of knowledge economy, talent has become the core of enterprise competition. The company will have first-mover advantages in the competition if the firm possess talents who master advanced technology. Therefore, the talent management and incentive became important to enterprise human resources management, and the performance appraisal is the core of this important work. However, how to design a set of performance evaluation scheme that is scientific and efficient and adapted to enterprises, which has been continuously explore problems for many corporation.Using the theory of performance management and the main idea of the performance appraisal, we conducted a comprehensive and systematic analysis for current situation of performance appraisal in DZ auto parts company that located in Shenyang, and pointed out the problems existing in performance management, and analyze the cause of the problem. Aiming at the problem of DZ auto parts company, we determined the assess content with systematic thinking, and divided into 16 appraisal index system. Adhering to the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, we design a set of 360-degree performance appraisal scheme that including all staff who coming from management personnel, maintenance department, business development department, integrated office, ministry of personnel, finance department. Then we put forward to the safeguard of plan implementation from the views of thought, system, organization. In this paper, we designed performance appraisal program fills many gaps of performance management in DZ auto parts company.Performance appraisal is a complex work that continuously complete in the enterprise practice, especially for private enterprises that size like DZ auto parts company, which have many problems in staff performance appraisal. We designed performance appraisal program for DZ auto parts company, is helpful to improve the existing disadvantages of the company personnel management, as well as provide the beneficial reference for enterprises performance evaluation work in the same type of auto parts.
