| Since China promulgated the"Restructuring and Revitalization Plan of Logistic Industry", China’s logistics industry had a rapid development, total social logistics of China reached197.8trillion yuan with an increase of9.5%calculated at comparable prices in2013. In the process of rapid development of the logistics industry, Logistics Distribution Center has played a pivotal role. Based on the current situation of the basic logistics distribution center, using some of the basics of business process management, on the basis of analyzing the various aspects of the logistics and distribution center operations, and the use of the principles of business process diagrams, Petri nets and some extended Petri nets theory, we established logistics business processes based on Petri net theory optimization model, as well as used in this paper methods: The business process diagrams and petri nets.After our deep analysis of all aspects of the processes of the entire contemporary logistics distribution center,including the purchase operations management, transportation operations management, store operations management, distribution operations management, inventory operations management, operations management, and distribution processes, draw flowcharts operations, on the basis of the operating flow chart on the integration of design, we constructed a logistics center Petri net model business processes and establish objective function, with concrete examples were solved eventually got the logistics distribution center for concrete examples of business process optimization method has important practical and theoretical significance. |
