In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the logistics industry also entered the rapid development stage. And this one, logistics distribution center as the core component of the logistics industry, the logistics industry plays a pivotal role in the development of logistics industry. How to rationalize the various business processes in the logistics distribution center, and realize the operation of the enterprise and the scholar’s attention. Aiming at this problem, this paper takes LG logistics distribution center as the object, based on the bar code technology, and discusses the business process design of the distribution center.Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the logistics distribution center, the LG logistics distribution center is a large number of field survey, analysis of the operational efficiency of LG logistics distribution center, and the use of bar code technology and business process management and optimization of relevant knowledge, establish a barcode technology based logistics distribution center business process optimization design scheme (including warehouse operation process management, workflow management, workflow management, distribution management, etc.), finally, the proposed method for the implementation of the research and the future outlook. The research results of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance. It not only has a guiding role in the business process design of LG logistics distribution center, but also has a good reference value for other enterprises in this industry.
