Study On Logistics Distribution Business Process Optimization And Simulation Based On E-commerce

Since the 1990s,as the rapid development of computers and communication technology,especially the popularly application of the Internet,e-commerce has infiltrated to the socio-economic life in all areas,and quickly evolved into the development of a global wave.The generation of e-commerce reflects the human economic activity to a particular stage the inherent demand of information management and automated trading activities.Therefore,e-commerce will have to be a rapid development.However,countries in the development of e-commerce practice, encountered from the distribution obstacles in different degrees.Such serious problems as logistics distribution process cumbersome and complex,not standardized,high cost of logistics,logistics distribution inefficiency,poor quality of service delivery and so on affecting the rapid development of e-commerce.Therefore in order to give full play to the advantages of e-commerce,reorganization and optimization of logistics distribution business processes based on e-commerce of scientific theory and practical economic value.In this paper,basis on the analysis of main logistics distribution business processes based on e-commerce,according to the features of logistics distribution processes based on e-commerce,chosen Petri nets to model process during a variety of modeling methods.Construction of logistics distribution business processes based on e-commerce Petri net model.And after analysis the mathematical characteristics of the model,using the cycle time as a simulation parameter and the ExSpect simulation software as a simulation tool to initial simulate.Based on the simulation results obtained for analysis, pointing out that the original business process problems and improve measures. Logistics distribution business processes based on e-commerce as material flow and the close integration of information flow,the introduction of information technology is the key to optimize the management,to improve business information transmission and processing efficiency.Re-organizing the business processes strategies,verifying the performance efficiency through simulation and proving the effectiveness of the scheme. And the difference between before and after optimization of the process were analyzed, as compared with results show that the optimized process haven shorten the cycle of business processes and enhance the operational efficiency of the system.At the end of the article,a practical case proves that the effectiveness of solving problems of logistics distribution business process reengineering and optimization based on e-commerce using the method of modeling and simulation.Finally,some problems to be discussed in future are pointed out after summarizing the works done in this paper.
