Study Of Business Process Optimization Of Book Distribution Center Based On The Petri Net

In recent years, with the sustained market-oriented operations and opening up,the book industry is becoming increasingly competitive.This shift is reflected not onlyin the enterprise development becoming more networked,intensive and flesible,butalso in more emphasis on business flow,logistics,capital flow and information flowintergrated for supply chain management.Meanwhile it’s reflected in the innovationand reformation for information technology,e-commerce and logistics system.As thesource of the third profit, logistics is now receiving more and more attention invarious industryies.As the hub and fulcrum of logistics, the distribution center canpaly the role of reducing costs and improving efficiency,thus ensuring the smoothsteady of the supply chain and enhancing the competitiveness of the book industrychain.In this paper, the study is the business process of book distribution center, andPetri net should be an advantage modeling method on process analysis andoptimization.By finding irrational aspects of the process,and to be optimized andimproved,thereby improving the efficiency and reducing the cost.In this point, thispaper shows important theory value and practical significance.First of all, this paper introduces the theory of distribution center, businessprocess and petri net, and shows the research background and significance,summarizes the relevant theory foundation, all of this work prepares for the modelconstruction and analysis below.Secondly,this paper analazes the business processes of distribution center.Meanwhile,it’s necessary to introduce the concept and characteristics of bookdistribution center, and analyse the actuality of operation and management.Thirdly, this paper introduces how to use the Petri net to build the businessprocess model and how to use the Petri net characteristics to prove the validity of themodel based on the above analysis of distribution center business process,and thenanalyzes the performance time of this model,puts forward the model optimizationmethod.Fourthly, according to the condition of JFS book distribution center businessprocess, this paper uses the method proposed by the above to build the modelfor JFS book distribution center, and finds out the synchronous and conflictrelationship existing in the model. Then this paper combines the optimalprinciplesandactual situationsto propose the measures for enhancing operation efficiency ofbook distribution center. In the end of this part, this paper compares the timeparameter of the old model with the optimized one,thusconfirmingthe effectiveness.This part has made an empirical study on practical value of this paper.Finally, this paper draws the conclusion of the whole article, and also points outthe existing problems and the direction for further research.
