The Study On Improvement Of The Corporate Culture Of SQ Group

After the initial enterprise management experience and scientific management, the companies are increasingly recognize the highest level of competition is no longer a competitive capital, technology, personnel, policies, but competition corporate culture. Practice has proved that corporate culture is not only good for the spirit of enterprise plays a unifying role, it also directly affects the marketing power outside the enterprise, decide the future results of operations and business development performance. Corporate culture management applications and deepening has become the only way for enterprise development.SQ group is the largest manufacturing enterprise in northwest China and the only new energy commercial automobile production enterprises, mainly engaged in the development of commercial vehicles and auto parts, production, sales and related automotive service trade and financial services. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’ theory and practice, through the methods of literature analysis, investigation and study, combined with SQ group development course, analyzes the current situation of SQ group enterprise culture construction, sum up experience, find the shortage, deeply analyze the problem causes. Meanwhile, on the basis of the above analysis, optimization and improve the SQ group enterprise culture construction program, including corporate culture improvement principles, objectives and corporate culture improvement programs. Finally, put forward reasonable security measures on how to effectively implement the corporate culture improvement program. Through this study, I hope to provide practical theory and operating system for reshaping the SQ group enterprise culture, provide new core power for SQ group enterprise development, boost business development strategies landing, boost business to a higher level. The SQ Group will become a domestic first-class, international commercial automobile business group.
