Corporate culture is the management principle of leading the development strategy,improving the management level, promoting the technique innovation, improving thecomprehensive quality of the employees, creating the good image and show the socialresponsibility of enterprise. A good corporate culture can provide the spiritual impetus,ideological guarantee, code of conduct and cultural etos for enterprise, form internalcohesive force and promote the external competence of enterprise, which will enable theenterprise to maintain a lasting competitive advantage and constant growth.Through combining with the strategic transformation practice of Kailuan group andon the basis of roundly analyzing and evaluating scientifically the present situation of theenterprise culture, main research content and key problems to be solved were defined inthe paper. It lays the theoretical foundation and method support for the corporate cultureimprovement of Kailuan Group.In order to improve the corporate culture system being suitable for Kailuan Groupdevelopment of Changing type, a domestically general evaluation system was used in thepaper to evaluating systematically the present corporate culture of Kailuan Group and theproblems being not suitable for the currently strategic transforming type were point out inthe paper. The necessity and main content of the corporate culture improvement ofKailuan Group were also briefly discussed.On the basis of the content of fully&objectively analyzing the improvementfoundation&method of the corporate culture etc., the principle aim&frame of the cultureimprovement were put forward and the logos recognition system, behavior recognitionsystem, image recognition&industry system of the corporate culture being suitable forchanging type development of the enterprise were designed&perfected.The management mode of the enterprise culture was studied&explored emphatically.Through combining with the reality, the implementation countermeasures of the corporateculture improvement was laid. The aim is to try hard to transform its own cultureadvantage into the competitive advantage, effective advantage and development advantage to boost the management level of the enterprise and speed the enterprise development inturning type up.The research closes to the practice of the corporate culture improvement and hasactive reference&guiding significance for the resources enterprises of coal mines etc. andother similar enterprises in strengthening culture improvement and promote enterprisedevelopment.
