| Since China’s reform and opening up,Chinese economy has stepped into an era of rapid development.Nevertheless,domestic enterprises faced with the pressure of competition ever since.The focus of current world economic and enterprise competition have already become the competition of cultural soft power which means the importance of enterprise culture on enterprise development has become increasingly obvious.Since the innovation of corporate culture theory,enterprise culture construction gradually has attached great importance to the business,academia and even government departments in China.Domestic companies began to grope for the road of enterprise culture construction,including some outstanding enterprises suitable for their own development and have established a relatively perfect system of enterprise culture,but there are a lot of enterprises whose culture construction is not complete.They need to research culture construction constantly.Enterprise culture construction has a long way to become excellent,especially for state-owned enterprises,to take these problems into consideration,and provide some possible solutions thereof.In this paper,the research object is Guangxi LY Group which is the state-owned forestry enterprise.Being combined with some current domestic and foreign research achievements of enterprise culture and experience,this article expounds the present situation and problems of enterprise culture construction in Guangxi LY Group and through the questionnaire to understand the current problems of group corporate culture construction.From the material level,behavior level,system level and spirit level of the corporate culture,we find the present problems of the group.They are simply summarized as follows:on material level,enterprise image needs to be improved and office environment,software system need to be perfect;on behavior level,leaders are seriously insufficient to the corporate culture construction and be lack of effective communication with employees;on system level,the system is not perfect,and especially the group hasn’t an effective incentive system culture;on spirit level,enterprise culture idea and concept of values are not clear,etc.Aiming at the problems existing in the corresponding improvement measures are put forward,namely on material level to promote the enterprise image,improve software and hardware conditions;on behavior cultural,leaders should strengthen to the attention of the corporate culture construction,and respect employees;on system level should establish and improve the system and forms of effective incentive system;on spirit level should be clear and approved the corporate culture idea,the core values,and rooted in every employee’s heart and so on.In order to ensure the implementation of these measures,this article also puts forward the idea,system and funds guarantee measures.Hope that through this article on the corporate culture construction research and analysis of four aspects,it can improve the practical significance of Guangxi LY Group corporate culture construction. |
