Corporate culture is an important part of modern enterprise management,which can play various roles in the enterprise: first,it has the function of goal orientation and encouragement;second,it can bring all employees together;third,it can regulate the behavior of employees;fourth,it can also promote enterprise innovation.At the same time,corporate culture also has the external role of promoting corporate image.In the new era,companies often manage their employees in depth through corporate culture management.Each company's corporate culture has its own characteristics.However,no matter what kind of corporate culture,only when it works on employees and gets their approval,can it give full play to its role.Otherwise,corporate culture can only decorate the facade of the enterprise without any practical value.In this paper,step enterprise is the research object.It is a large modern high-tech health industry group.In addition to pharmaceutical research and development,production,sales and diagnosis and treatment services,it also includes education,network media,etc.At present,the domestic economy is developing rapidly,and the pharmaceutical industry has entered a period of rapid rise.The development momentum is extremely fierce.In a short time,a large number of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and pharmaceutical chain enterprises have emerged.At the same time,many foreign pharmaceutical companies have also entered the Chinese market.In this context,the service and management level of the pharmaceutical industry has also been significantly improved,and the competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce.In the past two years,step pharmaceutical has been challenged by peers at home and abroad.For step pharmaceutical,the urgent task now is to improve the employees' recognition of the corporate culture of the company to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the military heart,so that the company can be in the industry China continues to maintain its leading position.After the research,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the improvement of the company: first,we should improve the corporate culture content of the first branch company,so we can start from four aspects: first,we should establish core values from the corporate culture and improve them;second,we should highlight the personality characteristics of the corporate culture of the company;third,we should strengthen the construction of behavior culture;finally,we should also We should strengthen the innovation of corporate culture.Second,through appropriate measures to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of all employees,create a positive corporate culture atmosphere,organically combine the company's brand and values and vigorously promote them.There are still many deficiencies in this study,mainly reflected in: compared with the development of corporate cultural identity practice,the conclusions of this study are relatively weak,and the research on the related issues of corporate cultural identity is also relatively simple.
