The rise of corporate culture in the 20th century,80 years.Today,the exploration and research on corporate culture has never stopped.With the increasingly fierce market competition,many enterprises are committed to the construction of enterprise culture to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The object of this study Yitai Group's growth,the history of the development of a strong culture to enrich the strong color.At present,in the coal-market downturn,the company transition period of development of the critical period,the current corporate culture has been unable to meet theBased on the theory of corporate culture,this paper has conducted interviews with senior management personnel based on the status quo of corporate culture construction of Yitai Group.At the same time the use of Dennison organizational culture model,the development of questionnaires,employees in the company to carry out the questionnaire.On the basis of summarizing the summary interview records and analyzing the statistical survey results,the main problems of the corporate culture construction of Yitai Group are summarized,and then the suggestions for improvement are put forward.Aimed at Yitai Group corporate culture to enhance and even provide reference for reference.This paper is divided into five parts to elaborate on the viewpoints:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance and main contents and methods of this paper.The second part is the summary of the theory,mainly on the corporate culture related to the theory of an overview of the definition of corporate culture,corporate culture,the basic content of a clear.The third part is the development process of Yitai Group's corporate culture and the problems of enterprise culture construction.The fourth part is the suggestion of the improvement of corporate culture construction of Yitai Group,and puts forward concrete and feasible measures.The fifth part is the conclusion and deficiency of this paper.
