With the fierce competition among machine tools and in order to gain more profit valueto assure the enterprise a sustainable development, so for the products, we now not only justensure the quality and meet the technical requirements for the customer needs, but also tryevery means to decrease the manufacture cost in the production process, reduce the time ofdelivery and let the customers use the required equipment as soon as possible. Through theresearch and analysis of the tools machine current situation and future development, theauthor think it is necessary to input the lean philosophy in the whole product life cycle ofmanagement so as to cost down and reduce time of delivery. Based on the works I do nowand the specialized knowledge which I studied in the major of engineering of Ji LinUniversity, after a long preparation and discussed with my advisor Mr.Qu, I start over thisthesis which is also optimized my CW product on-site production management. Hopefully,the thesis will be a comprehensive summary of what I have learned for the two years masterdegree study and also be instructive dealing with the problems in the practical work.CW product is in the downturn market, the author finds that there are many problemsexisted in the production process. In order to have a good performance in the market, on sitemanagement is imperative; otherwise CW product will lose the market.Lean production philosophy and modern logistics management theories are used in thethesis. To analyze the current situation of manufacturing, many problems were found out,such as site layout chaos, logistics inefficiencies and inaccurate production plan, unsoundquality assurance mechanism and so on. Solutions are put forward to solve the abovementioned problems, which can be divided into4schemes: layout optimization scheme,information transmission scheme, logistics distribution scheme, quality assurance scheme.Layout is optimized according to different characteristics of assembly sequence andadjustment sequence. The feature of assembly sequence is parts varieties are less, withlonger working hours, balanced station are used in the layout. The feature of adjustmentsequence is parts varieties are more, with shorter working hours, assembly line are used inthe layout. At the same time, working process is readjusted to make working hours are same in each process and assure uninterrupted production.Address system is established for logistics warehouse. Location of each material,storage quantity, maximum inventory, ordering point and so on are set, in order to makespare parts supply timely and accurately. At the same time, information transmission routeare changed and eliminated again, which enables the user information passed to theproduction department at the first time. Reestablish a quality assurance scheme, the processinspection; incoming inspection and the whole machine are optimized. Through the aboveoptimization scheme, the CW product assembly cycle is greatly reduced; the WIP amount isdecreased for on-site production, logistics distribution efficiency is increased, information ismore accurate and quality is assuredThe breakthrough point is in the hope of doing well in the lean production managementwith specialized knowledge learn in Ji Lin University and look for an effective way to pushthe management in our enterprise...
