In recent years,with the improvement of China’s market openness,the competition in the manufacturing industry has become increasingly fierce.Most small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises adopt a small batch and multi variety production model,but this can also lead to a series of problems,such as difficult resource allocation,increased operating costs,and increased management difficulty.In this context,manufacturing enterprises should strengthen their internal production management level,achieve lean production management,and enhance their competitiveness.This article takes Company A as an example to analyze the current situation and problems of its production management.Through on-site research,it is found that the current problems in Company A’s production management are as follows: lack of rigor in on-site organization and management,and chaotic 5S management;The construction of production plans is not scientific and reasonable enough,and the on-time delivery rate of products is low;Disordered stacking of inventory products,high scrap rate,and serious inventory squeezing problems;Lack of equipment maintenance,perfunctory daily inspection work,non-standard employee operations,and low equipment utilization rate;The poor performance of process quality control and improper use of molds resulted in a low qualification rate of the final product.The improvement of lean production does not rely on the use of a single tool,but requires lean promoters to have a deep understanding of the core ideas of lean,build a comprehensive and systematic ecological chain system,in order to enhance the planned and orderly promotion of lean production.Therefore,based on lean production,combined with theories such as 7S on-site management and total quality management,this article proposes corresponding optimization and improvement measures,ultimately achieving comprehensive refinement,effectively changing the current production landscape of Company A,and continuously optimizing and improving the efficiency of the enterprise.In order to ensure the implementation of the production management optimization plan,this article believes that Company A needs to start from various aspects such as organizational structure,team motivation,and institutional construction,in order to establish its lean production organizational culture. |
