Research On Aplication Of Lean Production In LT Company

As the world-recognized manufacturing power, China acts as an important role in the small and medium sized manufacturing enterpri ses. However, in recent years, the rough type, high-volume production could hardly bring in profits any more in small and medium manufacturing enterprises for several reasons, the advantages of low-costing of domestic labor, easily acquired of resources and vast market are passing away. So small and medium-sized manufacturing must reduce costs, avoid wasting and adapt to the multi species, individual and small volume market, lean production management mode can meet all of which requirements. We use lean production theory in management system to build a self-adapted lean production system after analyzing the existing problem as well as the production style, and combine with its own situation based on LT company implement lean production management.Firstly, we give a brief introduction of the background and present situations of international and domestic lean production. Bedides, we introduce the basic theory of lean production and its origin, development and connotation. LT company is promoted to implement lean production by providing the theoretical basis and technical support.Secondly, this paper analyzes the organization structure, product, process and workshop layout of the LT company. It points out some problems of this company such as lack of flexibility, serious waste, poor site management and so on. According to the theory of lean production, combining with the actual situation of the company, the lean production system is built by formulating the system framework, assembling the team and training and establishing communication channels. With the help of lean production methods from Unipart, the company improves the scene througn 5S management, the layout optimization, process management optimization and standardized operation management, etc. LT company improves significantly in these aspects of inventory, delivery, efficiency and cost after it implements lean production. It has been proved that the implementation of lean production can eliminate waste, reduce costs and improve efficiency for the ent erprise.Finally, we make a summing up of the lean production practice.Only if combine the ideas of lean production with the company’s own situation can we succeed. The enterprise must arouse attention and enthusiasm of all staff, pay attention to the details of lean production to continuesly carry through.We carried on the research and application of lean production, not only eliminate waste, reduces the cost, improves the efficiency of LT company, also implement the lean production to provide a reference for the other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, which has higher theoretical significance and reference value.
