With rapidly changing economic environment and the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more enterprises realize that has a group of dedicated employees is the most fundamental enterprise competitive advantage. Therefore, to improve employee engagement, motivate employees to work hard to become one of the focus of the enterprise. But as the field of human resource management focus on the important issues-employee engagement theory in the field of academic research in China’s enterprise management practice is far from enough.The intent of this research is that the further study of dimensions of employee engagement, and through the study of a large number of literature, exploring the employee engagement before the dependent variable. Expect through the empirical study conclusion, guide enterprises to improve organization atmosphere, guide the employees work values, to achieve the purpose of improving employee engagement.The research integrated use of literature research, questionnaire survey and data analysis. Literature research:through extensive collection and study of related literature at home and abroad, to put forward the research hypothesis and research model was constructed to provide data accumulation. Questionnaire:through the questionnaire survey to collect from all kinds of enterprise employee engagement situation, work values and organizational climate information. Data analysis:namely by correlation analysis, factor analysis, descriptive analysis, data analysis technology such as regression analysis, analysis of the survey data obtained, from which to explore correlation of organizational climate, work values and employee engagement.The main content of the thesis includes five parts:the first, put forward the research model and research hypothesis through the literature on the basis of detailed analysis. Second, in the deep exploration on the basis of predecessors’research results, to select the suitable for the scale of this study, and through the analysis of the reliability and validity of the scale, form the formal questionnaire. Third, research organization climate and the inner mechanism of the work values influence on employee engagement. This part using SPSS18.0companies collecting data for quantitative research, through correlation analysis, respectively discussing organizational climate refining dimension, refine work values dimension and refinement dimensions, the relationship between employee engagement through regression analysis reveals three variables and the detailed dimension of cause and effect, and to explore measure to increase employee engagement by improving the organization climate and guide the employees work values.Through the study above, it can draw following conclusions:first, organization climate is associated with a significant role in employee engagement, management style and interpersonal relationships of organization climate has a significant positive influence on vigor, dedication, attention to employee engagement. Second, organization climate has a significant influence on work values, in which management style of organization climate and the relationships of work values existed significant positive correlation. Third:the influence that work values plays a significant role in employee engagement, dimensions of work values has a significant influence on impact on employee engagement. Fourth, work values play a partial intermediary role in the process of impact of organizational climate on employee engagement.
