Employee engagement is primarily the degree that they identify with company and are willing to make additional efforts to achieve the company's goals. Whether the employee is dedicated or not is related the daily benefit and long-term development of the enterprise. But according to the survey, the Chinese enterprise employee engage-ment is generally low, which brings problems to modern enterprise management. Esp-ecially in the era that the new generation of employees become the main body of the workplace, how to improve their professional level to improve the efficiency of enter-prises has become an urgent problem.This study used hierarchical linear model, and mainly discusses the individual factors (work values) and group factors (corporate culture)' impact on the engagement of new generation employees, and pay attention to the cross level regulation of corp-orate culture on the relationship between new generation employees' work values and engagement. This paper uses the questionnaire survey from all company employees as investigation object, and use issue paper questionnaire and network questionnaire with 352 samples of 19 companies, and build the hierarchical analysis model to exp-lore work values and corporate culture' influence on employee engagement and the cross level regulation of corporate culture. SPSS 19.0, AMOS 19.0 and HLM7.0 were used to analyze the reliability,validity,factor analysis,correlation analysis and cross-level analysis. The main conclusion: The new generation and the old generation are significant differences in the purpose work values, and the new generation of emp-loyees have a higher purpose work value; The new generation and the old generation are significant differences in the instrumental work values and the new generation em-ployees have a higher instrumental work values; The new generation and the old gen-eration are significant differences in the instrumental work values and the new gener-ation employees have a higher instrumental work values; Purposes work values and instrumental work values of the new generation employees has a significant positive efects on their engagement; The dimensions of corporate culture on the new genera-tion of employee engagement has a significant positive effect; The participation, cons-istency, adaptation and mission of corporate culture have a positive regulation on the relationship between purpose work values and employee engagement of new genern-ation employees; The participation,consistency of corporate culture have a negative regulation on the relationship between instrumental work values and employee engn-agement of new generation employees.On the basis of the above research, this paper put up forward the following sugg-estions in for the modern enterprise's engagement management of new generation.Firstly, managers should clear the differences between new generation employees and the old generation employees in work values, and understand the real needs of differe-nt generations of employees, so they can take different management methods. Secon-dly, managers need pay attention to the guidance of new generation employees' work values the different stages of the work. Thirdly, managers should create a good atmos-phere by strengthening the construction of corporate culture.
