The formerly research in employee engagement mostly are centralized on human resource management while ignoring the deeper level factor of organizational culture. The dissertation embarks from the core of organizational culture--organizational value, simultaneously introduces the concept of values fit,discusses the relationship among organizational culture, values fit and employee engagement ,as well as their forcast ability on employee engagement. The dissertation adopts the studying methods for substantial evidences, takes 276 staffs who come from 5 corporates as objects of study and draws the following conclusions:1.Organizational value and values fit truly have relations with employee engagement.2.organizational value and values fit has produced influence for different aspects of employee engagement,the former has remarkable forecast ability on"Work atmosphere"and"Working conditions"which belong to employee engagement, while the later has remarkable forecast ability on emotional belonging which is part of employee engagement.3. Individual characteristic variables have strong forcast ability on employee engagement, but have not obvious effects.At last, the author compares his conclusions with the formerly research results about organizational culture and employee engagement, points out the characteristics and deficiencies of the dissertation, and proposes certain practical suggestions.
