The new generation workers born after China’s reform and opening up, when China has undergone a huge change in this period, are quite different in education receiving, philosophy and values compared with the previous generation. Hence, traditional human resource management suffered a huge challenge. For managers, to have an innovative managing system in accordance with the new generation of unique values and make an appropriate adjustment are crucial. Now, studying the new generations’value on work and their dedication to work has become an hotpot in the international academic community. This paper, based on the new generation employees’values on work, organizational support and engagement on the work, make a specific analysis and empirical study between the relationship of employees’value on work and employee engagement by the combination of theoretical and empirical methods. At the same time, this paper introduces organizational support as an intermediary variables to discuss its intermediary role.This paper, firstly, sorts out the new generation employees’work values, organizational support and research engagement. Then, it arranges the ideas put forward and poses hypotheses research, build a research model. Also, it selects the relevant parameters involved in the pre-scale investigation for the preparation of the formal questionnaire, and finally the author will boil down to a conclusion through the data analysis and make relevant management recommendations.Study showed that the new generation employees’ work values have a significant positive effect on their engagement. The new generation employees’work values also has a positive effect to organizational support. Organizational support for employees’engagement has a significant positive effect. Organizational support between the new generation employees’work values and engagement partially mediated. Actually, the empirical study effectively verify the hypothesis proposed at the beginning of this paper.
