A Study On The Development Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Fruit-vegetable Cold-Chain Logistics In Zengcheng City

Fruits and vegetables are important nutrition source of quality and health in human life. The fruit and vegetable product has some characteristics, such as fresh, perishable and easy to aging, they are fresh goods which possess circulation difficulty and large risk. Besides,because of cold chain logistics in China started late, some issues appeared which included refrigerated transport equipment backwardness, incomplete industry standard, the high operating costs, make China logistics conditions are difficult to meet consumer demand for products. Zengcheng city is one of the important production base for fruit and vegetable in Guangdong province. In recent years, due to the low circulation efficiency of fruit and vegetable product, high cost, and easy to perishable characteristics caused logistics loss rate is high, so that the fruit and vegetable industry development lags behind, to gain farmers’ income hardly. In order to solve this problem, this article is going to analysis the development present situation and existing problems of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics in Zengcheng city Guangdong, which is based on the theory of modern logistics,bringing in supply chain management thinking, using for reference advanced experience of the fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics development in different countries and regions,combining with the characteristics of the fruit and vegetable cold-chain logistics current development, discussing and summarized suitable fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics development mode for the city, as well as aim at fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics development problems put forward countermeasures. This study has important reference value on the cold-chain logistics development of regional and even national.
