With the globalization of world economy, enterprises continue to become bigger and stronger, we must not ignore that the enterprise culture brings infinite vigor and vitality, especially the innovative enterprise culture. Therefore, enterprises must attach importance to the cultivation and construction of an innovative culture.In practice, a lot of famous enterprises also proved that the unique enterprise culture brings much the enterprise economic benefits significantly. It is driving force of the prosperity of a country. Core competence plays an important role in promoting enterprise performance. We must recognize that culture and technology innovation is intimately involved. The success or failure of the enterprise is whether there is innovation ability. And innovative ability is the enterprise’s core competitiveness and innovative corporate culture. But in the past, the relationship of innovative culture and enterprise performance is rarely in the theoretical research and empirical research. The core competitiveness of mediation is the relations between the culture of innovation and business performance. It is from two aspects of theory and practice, and it remains to be further analysis.by comparingthe innovative corporate culture and enterprise performance between the total effect, direct effect and indirect effect. Core competence plays an important role in the process of innovation culture affecting on enterprise performance.Based on this, this paper arranges the literature of the innovative corporate culture, the core competitiveness and enterprise performance for follow-up study to lay the theoretical foundation. Again this basis, using the questionnaire survey and field interview and investigation method, we obtain first-hand data from the research for the first batch of46innovative enterprises in anhui province.In this paper, we use empirical analysis method of hypothesis test and model, from the perspective of innovative companies in-depth analysis of research results which is the present situation of the innovative culture, the core competitiveness and enterprise performance.Research results show that the innovative culture has significant positive effect to the core competitiveness and the influence of different innovative culture dimensions of core competitiveness are different. Innovative culture has significant positive effect to the enterprise performance, and the influence of different cultural dimension to the enterprise innovation performance are different..In this paper, by comparingthe innovative corporate culture and enterprise performance between the total effect, direct effect and indirect effect,Core competence plays an important role in the process of innovation culture affecting on enterprise performance,and Core competence plays an important role in promoting enterprise performance.Finally based on the research conclusion, it is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to improve performance.
