Economic globalization brings more opportunities and resources for the development of enterprises. At the same time, it brings more competitive pressure to enterprises from both international and domestic market. Under such a complex and changeable environment, on the one hand, enterprises need to learn how to seize the opportunity to seek greater development. On the other hand, they must have the suffering consciousness, to avoid the risks in such a changeable environment. In recent years, private enterprises are playing an increasing important role in the development of national economy in our country. However, from the perspective of the development status of various private enterprises, they are different from each other. Specifically, some private enterprises developed steadily, but some private enterprises’development is extremely unstable. The cause of this part of private enterprises’failure, mainly is the lack of core competitiveness. Corporate culture is a key factor to promote the development of core competitiveness. More and more enterprises have noticed this truth, and began to attach importance to the construction of enterprise culture.With the rapid development of our country’s economy, western culture is flowing into China, which led to the collision and fusion of Chinese and western culture. Under the influence of multiple cultures, enterprise culture began to show new connotations, such as people-oriented and the combination of innovation, etc. The power of culture in enterprise development has attracted extensive attention. Researches about the effects of different enterprise culture on enterprise core competence emerge in endlessly. The enterprise with healthy and outstanding cultures, often have its core competitiveness in the market; and enterprise which is lack of core competence, its corporate culture is not systematical or unsuitable for its development.Based on the combing and integrating of literatures about enterprise culture, private enterprises and core competitiveness, this paper analyzes the relationship between private enterprise culture and core competitiveness. Combining the current situation of private enterprises in our country and its culture and core competitiveness, selecting Realcan as study object, we research Realcan’s current situation of its culture construction and core competitiveness establishment. On this basis, further analyses of the relationship between them are conducted. We found that Realcan’s culture can influence its core competitiveness through enterprise management, organizational learning, enterprise atmosphere and the spirit of the staff, at the same time, the update of its core competitiveness has feedback to its culture construction. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the full paper, we proposed some suggestions to the private enterprise about how to build enterprise culture based on its core competitiveness, and how to build core competitiveness based on cultural construction. We hope that the research could provide some meaningful guidance for our country’s private enterprises in their construction of scientific culture, and cultivating and enhancing their core competitiveness.
