The theme modeling is an effective way of differentiation strategy, improvingcompetitive and satisfy customs. To achieve a successful hotel theme modeling, themethod and steps are so important. The successful hotel theme modeling can attractmore customs, increasing the income and promoting the development of hotel andgain more competitive advantage.By analyzing the present research and theories; firstly, this article construct aanalyzing framework of theme modeling, separating the theme modeling asestimating market, selecting theme, designing products, chasing outcome; secondly,it illustrates YH hotel`s practical needs of theme modeling; then YH hotel`s strategyenvironment is analyzed by using S.W.O.T; some succeed examples of themmodeling are used to contribute to the strategy of YH hotel’s them modeling.Through the theory analyzing and example studies, the conclusions are as follows:1. It is necessary and accessible for Yiwu YH hotel to stars modeling theme.This strategy matches the local environment and cultural condition, and the need ofhotel itself and guests.2. YH hotel decide to use “chicken feather to sugar Yiwu dream” as the thememodeling. Because of this theme basic on the local cultural and the developmenthistory of Yiwu productions. This theme also expresses the sprit of Yiwu, and themodern dream for people living in Yiwu.3. According to the customs structure and the target marketing of YH hotel, thebusiness type of theme will be more suitable for YH hotel.4. The theme modeling of YH hotel needs to combine the facilities developmentand design to express the cultural, experience and other key elements.Those conclusions about theme modeling in hotel industry that have beenmentioned in this article can provide a method and basis. They have significantmeanings for transformation and upgrading to those hotels facing the same problem.For sure, by the limitation of the writer himself, this article still has its deficiencies.In the end of this article, the limitation and the further direction of the research havebeen discussed.
