Enterprise IT Project Risk Analysis And Evaluation Of Performance

Since China’s reform and opening up, Chinese economy high speed development. Changeability, but the world is changing with the rapid development of information technology, the world is fully into the information age, for China, which is both a challenge, but it is an opportunity. Information for companies, not just the business model of subversion, Weibo marketing, e-commerce, micro letter word of mouth effect, etc. Or enterprise internal reform opportunity, many enterprises us information transformed enterprise structure, optimize the business process, better serve customers. Enterprise information is the needs of the competition, also is the need of survival. Enterprise information is a complicated project, however, not only investment big, cycle is long, and face income uncertainty is high, the risk is big, the enterprise in the actual implementation of the information project failure rate is very high, so the project decision-making risk and how to control the information on the performance evaluation method has important theoretical significance and realistic demand.From two aspects to investigate enterprise information project, this paper first on the one hand is the risk point of view, the comprehensive, on the basis of previous research, need to find a common risk factors, and algorithm of rough set theory is introduced and the implementation of enterprise information risk factors about Jane, help enterprise in risk control, as much as possible, do a comprehensive, focused attention, between the operability and maximum wind control optimization choice. Followed by the performance evaluation of enterprise information, mainly from the perspective of the balanced scorecard framework, constructing evaluation index system, and using analytic hierarchy process to set up the index weight, further perfecting the evaluation index system. Finally through the M group presentation, to illustrate how to use the information-based performance evaluation system to evaluate information project implementation.
