Research On The Building And Application Of Index System In Logistic Information Performance Evaluation

Logistics is a complex service industry which integrates transport logistics, warehousing and freight forwarding industries, and logistics information is an important part of the economic information. Logistics enterprise information technology directly affects the survival and development, and logistics enterprise information which can measure the strength of logistics is an important sign of strength, through information technology to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs, meet customer needs, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Although many logistics companies invested huge funds on information technology, the successful rate of enterprise information is not high and the effect of information technology is not ideal. With the logistics enterprise information continue to promote the breadth and depth, it is objective need to establish a scientific and rational index system in logistic information performance evaluation, which can analysis and evaluation of effects of Logistic information, help to improve their management level, to promote sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper, based on the concept of performance-related information and theory and research of domestic and foreign information performance evaluation, an analysis on the main problem of information performance evaluation, and the theory of balanced scorecard and combined financial and non financial indicators, we built index system in logistic information performance evaluation from the financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth in four areas. And based on index system in logistic information performance evaluation, it uses AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the information performance, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. We evaluate the information performance of two logistics enterprises which are similar in nature and size. The final conclusion is that the evaluation results of information performance which obtained by the model in this paper tally with the actual situation of the corporate performance. It is proved that the evaluation of this model is credible and feasible.
