Research On Performance Evaluation Of Information Technology Services Listed Companies

With the development of economy,the new generation of information technology is becoming an important driving factor of economic and social reform and transformation.Information technology services have become an important force leading technological innovation,driving economic transformation and enhancing international competitiveness.Developing and constructing powerful information technology service industry is an inevitable choice for China to develop economy,accelerate economic transformation and realize socialist modernization.In recent years,China's information technology service industry has made great progress under the national attention.However,it must be realized that China's information technology service industry is still highly dependent on foreign countries in some aspects,and the development of information technology service industry still has a long way to go.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on information technology service industry and enterprise performance evaluation.The research finds that there are few articles on the performance evaluation of information technology service enterprises,and the evaluation index system ignored the uniqueness of information technology service industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to build a performance evaluation system with the characteristics of information technology services to understand the development of enterprises and guide the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes information technology services listed companies as the research sample,firstly,this part introduces the research background,purpose,significance,methods,ideas and innovations of this paper,sorts out the research literature abroad and in China,and summarizes and analyzes the literature.Secondly,this part introduces the relevant theories of enterprise performance evaluation.Thirdly,this part analyzes the basic situation of information technology service companies' evaluation.Fourth,according to the uniqueness of information technology service industry,performance evaluation indexes are designed from five aspects including profitability index,operation index,debt paying index,development index and innovation index.And constructs the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of information technology service listed companies in this part.Fifth,this part use entropy weight method to determine the weight,and use grey correlation analysis to calculate the performance evaluation.Sixth,the sample company is selected,and the data of the sample company are processed and calculated,and the results of performance evaluation are obtained.Seventh,the evaluation results are analyzed,and conclusions and recommendations are made.The results show that the information technology services listed companies are in the high-speed development stage.The profitability is weak,the operation ability of the enterprise is poor,and the financial policy is more conservative.However,the development ability and the innovation ability are outstanding.And the development ability and innovation ability is also the aspect which the enterprise should pay attention to in the process of management and development.
