BSC Performance Evaluation Of Information Based Motor Transport Enterprise

In the fierce market competition environment, in order to adapt to the changingmarket demand, enterprise managers are gradually aware of that information technology(IT) has become main ways and means by which enterprise organizations improvecompetition ability and competitive advantage. For corporations, the informatization waveis not only a severe test, but also a golden opportunity.Currently, automobile transportation enterprise’s informatization construction in ourcountry also has entered the practical application stage, many enterprises improve theirmode of operation and the overall operation by means of IT. Among them, the maincontent of auto transportation enterprise informatization includes internal managementinformatization, human resources management informatization and customer relationshipmanagement and supply chain management informatization three aspects content. In theinformatization construction process, some problems exposed, the enterprises can’t maketimely and effective assessment for performance informatization bringing into theenterprise. It will lead to that enterprise’s informatization investment performance can’t getreliable measure.The enterprise informatization has seepage force, aggregation force, value-addedforce characteristics which determine complexity of the informatization performanceevaluation, this paper realizes that the enterprise informatization performance evaluationis not only a kind of outcome performance, but also contains process performance of theenterprise operation optimization and sustainable ability improve. But the traditionalperformance measurement systems are often constructed based on financial angle,ignoring recessive income, long-term benefits assessment, so it is hard to realize unity ofinformatization process and effect assessment.So,the paper has made development and extension based on the balanced score card(BSC), in view of informatization characteristics of the present automobile transportationindustry, constructed auto transportation enterprise informatization performanceevaluation system from financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth fourangels. Because in the process of informatization performance evaluation,data existsuncertainty and grey, in order to be able to truly reflect the objective content of evaluationindex, and ensure that level information describing each evaluation index can play a role,the paper put forward fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the grey theory.Finally, the informatization performance evaluation system and the comprehensiveevaluation model constructed in the paper has been applied to a certain auto transportationenterprise, to a certain extent, verified the effectiveness and rationality of the model.
