In the new century of economic globalization, social,and business environment is rapidly changing, the concept of knowledge era has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the every body,and knowledge management problems have caused extensive concerns of the enterprise and society. Many academic meeting were held about international knowledge management. As a way of timproving organization performance management, many enterprises are involved. Though a lot of research on knowledge management have been done, throughout many literature, from the model of knowledge management, tools to performance study, the knowledge management effectiveness causes few concern.Starting from the study increase the efficiency of the organization knowledge management, this paper bulid a suitable indicators system of effectiveness evaluation and ascension organization knowledge management, to improve organizational knowledge management performance. The main influencing factors of knowledge management effectiveness include the knowledge resource, knowledge transformation and knowledge application and knowledge performance, connected to each other, and mutual restriction between these influence factors, the efficiency of the maturity level of data from survey of organization members and expert evaluation method, the research method used in this paper is Analytic Network Process,to build16key elements for effectiveness evaluation index system for maturity, control software capability maturity level standard to assess knowledge management effectiveness maturity level. At last, this paper proves that the evaluation system is scientific, reasonable and feasibility by giving exemplification and practical application, and also gives some suggestion on how to raise a higher grade and standard to performance of knowledge management effectiveness.The main content of this paper is the following:The first chapter, introduces the research background, research significance, research content and the innovation of this study.The second chapter, defining the relevant concepts and relevant literature review at home and abroad.The third chapter, analyzed the influence of the index system of building elements. Analyzed the knowledge resource capability, knowledge conversion capability, knowledge application ability and the performance evaluation of knowledge, and analyzes the complex logical relations between the key elements. Build a suitable evaluation of knowledge management performance evaluation system at end,. The fourth chapter, about the construction of a model. Discussed the choice of evaluation method and build model.The fifth chapter, empirical research. The empirical objects are briefly introduced, the empirical process was described in detail, combined with the empirical results analyzed.The sixth chapter, concluded and prospect. Analyzed in this paper, the research conclusion, and points out the deficiency of the study, the need to do rough looking to the further research.
