On the premise of drastic globalization competition, knowledge has graduallytransformed the production factors of a creative vitality, strategic, and significance fromthe primary speciation, such as land, labor, and capital factors. The innovation andapplication of knowledge is the key internal impetus for the enterprises to keep the corecompetitive advantages and seize the opportunities of market. However, for the purposeof applying the new created knowledge into the prospective design of the products orsystems, the enterprises should pay attention to the effective management and theknowledge flow control. In the numerous of researches on the management of the knowledge flow, knowledge flow control is considered as a key technology, has obtained some excellentresearch results. But the current study fail to consider the hierarchy control of theknowledge process, and the feedback control for making up the knowledge gaps in theknowledge-syncretism network. In fact, the explosion of the redundant informationproduces great obstacles in finding, obtaining, and exchanging the valuable knowledgein the knowledge flow network of the inter-enterprises. Therefore,knowledge-syncretism network has become the essential platform in the managementand control of the knowledge process. However, with the promotion of the complexityin the environment or knowledge communication relationships, some structuralconstraints in the knowledge-syncretism network may occur. Hence, that leads to theinvalidation problems of integration and innovation in the knowledge flow. For thispurpose, this thesis is devoted to explore a hierarchy control method that is related toimprove the knowledge exchange efficiency, make up the knowledge gaps rapidly, andthe uniform distribution of knowledge resource, in the perspective of the hierarchyoptimization of the knowledge-syncretism network. A series of research works areconducted and the main contributions are listed below:1. This thesis is based on the basic theories of the management of knowledgeprocess, the construction of knowledge-syncretism systems, the control technologies ofknowledge flow, and summarizing the contributions and deficiencies of the currentresearch results. Furthermore, the significance and application value of the presentedstudy that is related to optimize the knowledge-syncretism network and construct thehierarchy knowledge flow control model are developed. 2. An optimal mechanism and model, for the knowledge-syncretism networkstructural problems, are presented base on the idea of self-organization. First, this thesisproposes and designs the exchange constraint relations of inter-enterprises’knowledge-syncretism network that includes four different features of structural holesand the multiple connection status of nodes. Thereafter, in order to break the structuraldefects, it proposes the hierarchy reconfiguration and knowledge-syncretism pathselection mechanism of the network, by considering the revolution idea ofself-organization in the knowledge-syncretism network as the main line. Finally, anoptimal and selective model corresponding to the knowledge-syncretism path isconstructed in the perspective of the inside and outside of the network. Consequently, the specific optimization process is given. It is realized the upgrade of theknowledge-syncretism network, from the redundancy disorderly and segmentation ofexchange relations, to the stable, orderly, and fully communication.3. A hierarchy control method of the innovation knowledge flow based on Netcondition/event systems (NCES) is proposed to solve the invalidation problem ofknowledge exchange in the optimized knowledge-syncretism network. Also, itseffectiveness is evaluated. First, the process of the knowledge flow unit, the controlconditions of the transition of strong/weak ties of nodes, and the control parameters ofthe knowledge flow in the knowledge-syncretism network are described accurately, byusing the relationships between the places and transitions in the patulous Petri net andmodified NCES. Second, based on the aforementioned foundation, this study constructsthe hierarchy control whole model and four types of submodels for the innovationknowledge flow. Third, the optimized results of the hierarchy control are verified byconsidering the increasing rate of the innovation knowledge, the transport rate of theknowledge, the distribution density, and the sharing degree of the knowledge flow.Hereby, the paths to promote the innovation intensity in the region are presented.4. An analysis of the application case for the knowledge flow hierarchy control ispresented, which takes the collaborative innovation development of the electronicinformation enterprise clusters in a new area, as an example to go through an empiricalanalysis. The mechanisms of the hierarchy reconfiguration and the hierarchy control inthe knowledge exchange network of the electronic information enterprise clusters arepromoted, by deeply analyzing the development situations and practical problems of theknowledge exchange and collaborative innovation. As a result, some correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions of the collaborative innovation development in theelectronic information enterprise clusters are presented, according to the analysis and the improved results in this research.
