One of the important characteristic of knowledge economy is the knowledge and information's exceeding bulginess. By way of the organic intellect capital, knowledge has been the primacy tactic resource during economy development. The organization must have the ability to improve economic value from their collection of knowledge assets. Under the background of this age, knowledge already turns into the most pivotal devotion element and the core capital to the corporation, and significant source to competitive predominance of the corporation.Knowledge emerges as the times require. Face to the macro lay, knowledge has held the dominant status in the economy increase theory, and the academia has carried through embedded research. Face to the enterprise of middle lay, knowledge management incarnates in the value creation and the core competition cohesion of the enterprise deeply. Managers take cognizance of increasingly that it's absolutely necessary to manage and activate the enterprises'knowledge capital effectively. Moreover, face to the micro lay, whether the individual possess the professional skill and affluent experience that is unexampled to others, it will affect one's status in the organization and his/her development programming in the future. As the coming of the field of management thoughts, it produced the practice revolution of enterprise—knowledge management (KM).After a comprehensive statement of the theories of KM, this thesis brings forward the meaning of KM. This is to say, KM is a management concept and method, which regards organization innovation as the spirit, information technology as the masterstroke, organization process as the foundation, human capital as the pivot, customer capital as the guide. The intention of KM is to integrate and manage the knowledge capital of organization and its exterior knowledge, so as to dig and use the potential of knowledge resource furthest and advance organizational ability of creation value. But before implementing KM, the enterprise has to know about the environment inside and outside. The enterprise need to take different KM strategy in allusion to its varied circs to actualize KM project and improve the performance of enterprise KM. The research purpose of this paper is to establish diverse KM strategy to boost the performance of KM project in order to achieve the best practice of KM activity.There are many literatures about KM strategy and KM performance, but very few articles investigate the both relationship in deed. Based on discussing the relationship between enterprise strategy and enterprise performance, this study clarifies the pertinence of KM strategy and KM performance. Combination with contingency theory, this paper deems that the organizations in dissimilar industry, the enterprises with unlike kind, and the different individuals, should take homologous KM strategy according to self-complexion, and quotes the cases about the internal and external famous enterprises, which realize the best practice in the field of KM. Based upon this mention, the thesis puts forward five equations which influence KM performance, furthermore fractionizes the five equations into fifteen factors, and analyzes every factor's effect on KM performance systemicly and detailedly at the point of KM strategy. Sequentially, this thesis establishes five strategies of enterprise KM: Organizational Innovation-driven KM strategy, Information Technology-driven KM strategy, Organization Process-driven KM strategy, Human Capital-driven KM strategy, and Customer Capital-driven KM strategy.According to analyzing the factors which KM strategy influents on KM performance, this paper sets up the conception model—the relationship between KM strategy and KM performance. In it, this thesis primarily canvasses the affection and effect which the selection of enterprise KM strategy puts on KM performance. The direct intention of enterprise KM project is to improve KM performance by selecting KM strategy. Thereinto, SECI mode of KM and the process of knowledge translation play a supporting role. In the process of implementing KM project, it is going with the mutual translation between Explicit Knowledge and Tacit Knowledge, and their-self translation, and accompanying the knowledge's capturing, storing, disseminating, sharing, applying and creating. Ground upon the analysis and research on the infection factors and conception model, this paper designs an enterprise KM strategy selecting index system.At last, binding theory with practical manipulation, this thesis introduces how we have apply the conception model and index system above in analyzing the case of S Corp. in the practice of implementing KM to ascertain the weight of all level of indices by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and assess the priority of the five KM strategies in S Corp. by Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation, profoundly discusses the KM strategies that S Corp. will adopt. First, S Corp. should consider the Human Capital-driven KM strategy firstly; then, it's Customer Capital-driven KM strategy; third, it's Organizational Innovation-driven KM strategy; forth, it's Information Technology-driven KM strategy; Organization Process-driven KM strategy should be thought over eventually. In conclusion, this thesis bases itself upon the foundation of management science, and fuses Contingency Theory, philosophy ideology, behavior science, systems engineering and so on. The amalgamation of these knowledge records the research to tend towards mature.
