Study On Optimization Of Serial Parts Purchasing Management Of FAW-volkswagen

FAW-Volkswagen is a joint venture operation of large-scale passenger carproduction enterprises.by the China First Automobile Group Corporation,Volkswagen AG, Audi AG and Volkswagen (China). The FAW-VW with thedevelopment of the entire car market Chinese experienced a slow development,depressed, and then to the blowout type development. There are many sorts ofproblems, process and management mode in recent years and did not get enoughoptimization and improvement, it becomes a bottleneck restricting the development.This paper starts from the FAW–VW serial purchase management presentsituation, analyses the current problems. The problems are mainly from threeaspects. The first is the purchasing organization, personnel allocation problem.Second, the analysis of the cost control process can be optimized part. Third, it willbe discussed the deficiencies and limitations of capacity management.From the external competition to FAW-VW, the development trend of the carsFAW-VW and the enterprises of their own characteristics, it will be discussed serialpurchase factors influence the management.
