The Research And Optimizing Analysis Of Logistic Management In FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Company, Ltd

This article analyzes the importance of automobile logistics. And it puts focus on the opportunities, threats and real problems in the development of the automobile logistics in FAW-Volkswagen. This article has a research on how to deal with the urgent problems by using the theory of supply chain management and third party logistics.This article has an analysis on the opportunities and threats. After entering WTO for many years, the auto market becomes more and more opening, and it drives the fast development of auto logistics. At the same time, the foreign automotive companies bring along with advanced theories and technologies. All these provide great opportunities to the development of FAW-VW auto logistics. But FAW-VW must face the threats from the other companies. There are so many threats in the fields of high efficiency, high quality and specialization. But the development of FAW-VW's auto logistics was delayed, the related basic facility was lagged, so, FAW-VW's auto logistics has low competitiveness for the reasons of the low efficiency, low specialization, low socialization and slow development of TPL.According to the current problems of FAW-VW's auto logistics, in this paper, it should accelerate the development of the importance of automotive logistics and put forward importance of modern automotive research. The paper point out some problems, including purchase logistics,production logistics and third party logistics and also point how to improve the logistics chain and solve the key problems. These strategies are aim to accelerate the development of FAW-VW's auto logistics.The main content of the paper as follow:Chapter 1: Including the paper's meaning and research background, aim, main content and research method.Chapter 2: The basic logistic theory and concept of the paper, it contain: (1) Logistics and logistic management; (2) Supply chain and supply chain management; (3) Third party logistics theory.Chapter 3: Analysis of logistic problems of FAW-VW at present. From supply logistics to product logistics, also including supply chain analysis and third party logistics analysis.Chapter 4: Optimizing logistic projects of FAW-VW.
