It’s business development is beginning, the daily operation is around the project management, and project management is key of business management, project management is also the basis of the survival of the company. The successes of project management will Benefits Company’s finance, and will promotes the development of company. Project communication management has become important areas of modern project management and content for a variety of projects, the only effective project communication management will ensure the project’s efficient organization, as well as to control the project management process, and ultimately ensure that project’s objectives was obtained. Therefore, research on project communication management is very necessary for CETC AVIONICS Electronics Co., Ltd.Firstly,This paper first reviews the research literature on communication. Secondly,through analysis of one specific cases of general-purpose aircraft avionics systems project, according to theory of modern project management communication, this paper explore the fundamental problems of the project communication management, and suggesting to improve communication management mechanism.Finally, combined with theory of modern project management communication, this paper design the project communication management mechanism of general aircraft avionics systems,including the project organization structure and project communication management process, including identification of stakeholders, planning and communication, publishing information, manage stakeholder expectations, reporting performance.The thesis makes an analysis and study about project communication management of "Integrated avionics system project for general-purpose aircraft" in CETC Avionics Co., Ltd, using modern project communication management theory, identifies the programs and provides recommendations to improving the communication management design. The "Integrated avionics system project for general-purpose aircraft" is very important for the CETCA, so the design improvement in the project must bring the great benign change to the project communication management in CETCA and will play a good cascading effect to other projects in CETCA, meanwhile, the improved project communication management system could be also extended in a modern company.
