Performance Evaluation Of Coordinated Development And Countermeasure Research About"New Urbanization, New Industrialization, Agricultural Modernization"

As the most populous province, the food and agriculture big province and the emerging industrial province, Henan Province is in a critical period of speeding up the transformation of economic development patterns. According to the stage of development in Henan Province, accelerating the transformation of economic development mode in Henan Province should pave a path of their own, which is a coordinated development of way consisted才of the new urbanization, the new industrialization and the agricultural modernization and not at the expense of agriculture and food, ecology and the environment. The coordinated development of the road is an objective understanding of the situation in Henan Province, which reveals the inherent rule of economic development and reflects the general requirements of the scientific development concept, so that it will point out the direction of breaking many issues in the construction of Henan Province. The coordinated development of the road is a kind of implementation of the scientific concept of development in the rise of the Central Plains.In this paper, we find that the urbanization, the industrialization and the agricultural modernization exists the internal correlation through the analysis of the development of the urbanization, the industrialization and the agricultural modernization. If there is a good deal with the relationship between the three, they will be able to promote each other and achieve coordinated development; if not, they will restrict each other. In recent years, the interactive development effect of the urbanization, the industrialization and the agricultural modernization appeared gradually, the leading effect of the modern elements of the resources was growing, the endogenous motivation of the coordinated development was continuously improving, however, there is many problems and difficulties in the development. Nevertheless, with the promoting of the coordinated development of the new urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, the trend of the overall coordination of development in Henan Province in recent years has not changed by measuring out the "three" coordinated degree. The main contents include the following two aspects:1. The first part includes an introduction, literature review and theoretical basis two contents; foreword introduces the research background, significance, research methods and the main content of this paper, in order to lay the foundation below. Related literature review and theoretical foundation in the introduction, on the basis of urbanization and industrialization, urbanization and agriculture, urbanization, industrialization, agricultural technology,"three" coordinated development of related research were reviewed and proposed at this stage the lack of research and innovation of this article. Then explain theoretically the new urbanization, industrialization, agricultural modernization and coordination of the internal mechanism of the coordinated development degree connotation, elaborate stage, the synergy of understanding and application. On this basis, describes the system coordination degree model and related methods and indicators enabling the application of this article.2. This paper showed that there was a significant interaction between the urbanization and the industrialization and the agricultural modernization through the multi-angle analysis of the relationship of the interactive development between the urbanization and the industrialization and the agricultural modernization. But the coordination of the interactive development varied, and there were even some undesirable states. At the same time, we found the internal coordinated development trajectory of the urbanization and the agricultural modernization by listing, analyzing the macroeconomic statistics through the macroeconomic situation of the interactive development of the urbanization and the agricultural modernization in Henan Province. We also calculated the coordination degree of the cultivated land resource which is essential for the development of the urbanization and the agricultural modernization from the Angle of the micro so that we could verify whether the coordinated and sustainable development of the urbanization and the agricultural modernization in Henan Province has realized. On this basis, this paper discussed the influence factors and the difficult problems of the interactive development of the urbanization, the industrialization and the agricultural modernization in Henan Province for the following evaluation of the coordination degree of the new urbanization, the new industrialization and the agricultural modernization.3. Based on the analysis of urbanization and industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization interactive development in Henan, drawing on previous relevant indicator system design methods, in accordance with the principle of indicator selection, build new urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization index system, while the entropy method introduced in which mathematical modeling, the calculated degree of coordination of the project, while using utility theory degree of coordination and balance theory building operation formula calculated Henan new urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization coordination degree. But the development process still appears irrational industrial structure, industry-level low; agricultural business investment is not enough, the scale is not high, and low industrial efficiency issue, indicating that existing development does not appear in Henan substantive changes.4. Finally, this paper based on the results in the study put forward relevant policy recommendations:to promote the combination of urbanization and industrialization; achieve economies of scale in agriculture, science and layout of agricultural industrialization; transfer of migrant workers and rural public land remediation as a breakthrough; deepening reform and opening up, promote institutional innovation, optimize the development environment.
